Can UTI Cause Hematuria With Unclear Urine?

I was diagnosed with a UTI last week. i took antibiotics for 5 days per my doctor and the pain stop and the frequency to urinate as well. I abstained from sexual intercourse as well. I stopped taking antibiotics sunday and this morning when I peed I noticed a little bit of blood and the pee was not as clear. What should I do?
