Can UTI Lead To Headaches And Vomiting?

About 12 days ago I strated getting a headache, the day after I was vomitting and the headache was really bad and i went to a and e and they said they thought i had a kidney/serious urine tract infection. so i spent about a week in bed recovering with antibiotics. I have been off the antibiotics for about 3 or 4 days now and I am still getting a headache when I stand up. It comes after being up for a 1-2 hours and i have to lie down which helps it. it also is worse later on it the day

I never get headaches usually. Should I be worried?
