Can Ursodeoxycholic Acid Cause Low Platelet Count?

Sir on 3 september i got dengue fever.on 4 sept. my platelets were 2.43lacs .Then on 7 sept. My platelets were 2.1lacs and sgpt 77.But afer 10 day means on 17 september i have only 2lacs platelets and the sgpt level is increased to 132.Sir please help me.Does it is warning sign or normal.I am taking Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets 300mg twice a day.Sir please tell is the medicine is right or i should change it.

Hi, both decrease in platelet count and increase in sgpt is due to dengue and not related to ursodeoxycolic acid.
I would like to know what is total and direct bilirubin levels as if bilirubin levels are normal then there is no need to take ursodeoxycolic acid tablets.
Revert back with all blood reports.
