Can Valdoxan And Aropax Be Taken Simultaneously?

Can I take Valdoxin and Aropax at the same time? Valdoxin has only recently been prescribed to me to also help with my sleep problems and my depression I used to be on Aropax and felt that it was not working as well as the prior two years so they have trialled me on some alternatives like Avanza and Efexor which both had some side effects for me-Avanza gave me severe anxiety that I did not have before and the Efexor was good for my depression however it had an adverse effect on the efficacy of Flomax(Tamsulosin) which I was taking for an over active bladder. Can I take the Valdoxin at the same time as Aropax and get the sleep benefits of Valdoxin with the positive effect of Aropax on my urinary problem??
