Can Viagra Help Deal With Swelling Of Penis That Affects Performance During Sex?

I have difficulty getting a hard on sexually, 61 years of age, have been very far in between with sex partner. last experience I notice the head of penis to swell, get very inflamed, often have red colonies of pumbs about the head and shaft of penis. the use of male enhancement pills such Viagra, does little to make my performance any better. this situation has been going on for more than 12months. therefore, I have had very low sex drive and want to find a remedy for my situation.
