Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You are very right , Warfarin has very important interaction with many drugs and care should be taken while using any drug. Though crestor can possibly enhance the blood thinning effect of Warfarin but most of the times it does not cause any significant issue. So if needed you can use it with Warfarin, and just keep an eye on your INR.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
