Can A DNC Procedure Help In Treating Enlarged Uterus?

My uterus is 7 times larger than a normal one. I haven t had a period since 2008 due to having an Ablation procedure. There may be some trapped blood in my uterus which I guess is causing the enlargement. Once I a DNC done next week will my uterus return to normal size overtime if there is trapped blood.

DnC(dilatation and curettage) does not produce any rapid decrease in size of your uterus. It helps to make your periods normal. Once your periods get normal your uterine size gradually return to normal.
