Hello there I m a male 45 I have back problems I wear a special brace during the day but a night I wear a girls support bra because my back brace has a lumbar support is it okay to keep wearing the brace during the night I take hydro Co dine on top of it Tobit sometimes during the day I keep the bra on

Usually night support of brace isn’t necessary on a firm mattress.you may lie in most comfortable posture as possible.
try physical therapy, massage with muscle relaxant lotions, after hot fomentations.Get checked up by an orthopedist for X-rays,clinicians evaluation for right diagnosis and management
