Can A Banana Cause Stomach Cramping With Nausea And Vomiting?

Hi am 45yrs young female, 5"4" and 200lbs :-(. I ate a banana today and it made me sick. I was nausous, vomitting and by stomach was crampy. Last year about this time a similar thing happened, my pressure was high, my eyes turned red and my chest was tight. I had to go to the ER. Do you tihink it is the banana?
