Can A Blood Pressure Of 142/89 In An Octogenarian Cause Heart Attack?

my mom is 86 years old and her blood pressure was 142/89 i believe. I remember the top number but not sure of the bottom number. She is on medication and has been for years and had a heart attack in April of 2012. wondering if i should be concerned about that number.
