Brain stroke during pregnancy can be treated. And in your wife's case here you have not mention how severe the stroke was?. And how is she doing after stroke. How much recovery is there? I need some more details to guide you.
Here I will give you general guideline:

Now suppose if she had a major stroke and the baby is fine in then take suggestion with dicotr and go ahead with early caesarian delivery.

Keep baby in Oxygen box and take care for next 7 to 10 days if needed.

And continue proper treatment for your wife for stroke for medical and physical rehabilitation.

There will not be any issue if she recover with this stroke for second pregnancy but you should keep checking her blood pressure and keep it normal. If remains on higher side then consult your doctor for medication. Also she should do regular walking once she recover from current stroke.

Do regular physio for recovering from current stroke attack. Along with medical treatment.

Take care.
