Can A Child Be Given P250 And Meftal P At The Same Time?

My kid is 2yrs 9 months old. He is having fever And cold,cough for the past 2 days. Temp around 101 degree F.
Given P250 for the past two days.but same fever exists. Consulted doctor today and he prescribed meftalP syrup along with bactoclav dry syrup. Shall both be given at the same time? Antibiotic is required now ?

Greetings of the day

Majority of the respiratory infection in children are viral in origin.
They are self limiting.
They only require symptomatic treatment.
Antibiotics are generally not recommended.
It would be advisable if you could only either give Paracetamol or Meftal.
