Can A Child Be Given Cremaffin Syrup For Constipation?

My daughter is 2 years old and she has a constipation problem and she is not loosing stool properly since last 20 days, kindly suggest me. I have given her evict syrup many times but there are no response and today I give her cremaffin syrup 10 ml. Kindly advise me what to do.
