Can A Cyst In Vaginal Area Cause Bleeding While Urinating?

I have been sick for 3 days now, and ive been coughing ALOT and my sinuses have been clogged. Today my nose started bleeding and i went to the restroom and i began to pee and right before i stopped i felt a sharp pain and then 3 drops of blood. I looked for more blood but none. 2 years ago i had a b. cyst in my vaginal area and they drained it. I have had it drained 3 times now and now it just a fat glad in my vaginal area. Do you think that is what caused me to bleed.
