Can A Dark Spot On My Eye And Swelling Of My Neck Lymph Node Be Related?

hey recently i noticed a small spot on the iris of my eye, its a dark brown/blackish spot on the iris of my eye(have brown eyes). About a week later my lymph node on neck is swollen. the next morning a big portion of that side of the neck is swollen could these be related? doesnt seem like im coming down with and colds or the flu or anything....just a little worried.

black spot in iris and lymph gland in neck can not be related. gland in neck is inflammatory drainage generally from lungs. iris spot may be a pig mentary deposit Antibiotic and anti in inflammatory tablet for gland can be given. spot in iris can be kept under watch
