Can A Delayed Periods Be Cause Only By Pregnancy?

Hi,I am a mother of four who do not really want to have another baby but since I had my fourth baby I did not seen my period for eight months after that I saw it for two months but for this past two months I did not see it again. I was wandring if u can help me.Am I pregnant again?

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Are you breastfeeding your baby, that could be the reason for delayed / absent periods.
Take a pregnancy test if you are sexually active.
You should be using contraceptives anyway if you do not desire to have future pregnancies.
Stress, late nights, anxiety, weight gain - all can cause absent cycles.
have a gynecological opinion to rule out polycystic ovarian syndrome ( PCOS ), hypothyroidism etc.
