Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM Yes,you can follow the general motors diet to reduce weight. But you should strictly stick to your dietary rules. I would advice you to do regular exercises along with yoga and relaxation exercises for better control of blood pressure and diabetes. You should do brisk walking for about 30 minutes a day that sweat should come out of your body. Avoid all sugar containing foods. Hope you are satisfied with the answer. Thank you
