Can A Double Dose Of Lomotil Cause Any Side Effects?

My mom accidently took her meds......20 minutes apart. She took a double dose of lomotil and sodium bicarb. She also took her pain pill and a vitamin and LASIK in this 20-30 minute span. The only thing she doubled was the lomotil and sodium bicarb. Should we be concerned?

No, she need not be concerned. She may possibly become constipated so I advise drinking plenty of water. She should be fine.
