Could a bad slip and fall onto a concrete floor cause a synovial cyst and two bulging discs on L4 and L5?

synovial cyst is caused by repetitive trauma.simply a fall is unlikely to produce it.following fall there may be traumatic heamorrage into cyst which may bring it into notice.but slipped disc or bulged disc is common following fall specially if the victim is obese and elderly.
