Can A Hard Umbilical Knot With Soreness, Cold And Cough Be Treated?

I have a small knot or hardness just above my belly button. It doesn t normally cause me any pain but does get a bit sore if I push in on it. I ve had a cold for about 4 days and a cough that I cant get rid of. When I cough, I am starting to feel it in the area above my belly button.
