Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Your child might inherit the genes and can have thyroid disorder.BUT , it should not be a deciding factor for you to try for pregnancy.During and before your pregnancy if adequate treatment is given for your thyroid problem , chance will be very low that your kid will have a thyroid problem.

When the chances of inheritance are less , under continuous care, there is no point in not having a kid just for the reason of it.

Please take a wise decision. Please take our help in removing any fear you have.

Take care.
