Can A Itchy Scrotum With Rash Post Sex Be Due To HIV Transmission

Good morning Doctor,

Yesterday I had a protected sex with a CSW. After getting back home, I found on my scrotum skin there is a little rash, I yet found itchy during the intercourse process. Don't know whether this rash could cost me the HIV transmission?

Thank you for query. The symptoms you are suggesting are not due HIV by this act.it may be dye to irritant dermatitis or fungal infection etc.the morphology is not clear. You can send photo or consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment. You can wish the area with warm saline twice daily .
