Hi Doctor My wife done the family planning through the endorsecopy just 4 months back. and all this there is no issue we faced. she had the menstrual on last 10th April 2016 and it was continue for 4 days as usual and stopped. But this morning she got bleeding in little drops. We are worrying is this a indication of any pregnancy.. Please guide me
Since she has undergone laparoscopic tubal ligation, the probability of pregnancy is very remote. These methods have good success rate.
It is not clear from your answers, bleeding in drops has started how many days after the menstrual bleeding has started. If it is just few days after, it could be the remaining menstrual discharge in the uterine cavity, gradually coming out. If it is after a week or so, it could be ovulation spotting. The spotting should stop within a day or two; if it does not, please report to your Gynaecologist; you may need some progestational pills to stop it.
Anyway, bleeding or spotting is not a symptom of pregnancy. In fact missing period is the first cardinal symptom of pregnancy. She had her period recently, so remove the idea of pregnancy from your mind.
I hope this helps you.
