Can A Liver Problem Be Detected By A Colonoscopy?

Hi Doc, I am going for a colonoscopy on Monday. I received a phone call from the center that is doing this about my blood work that was done. Everything came back fine except something about my liver. Will the Dr that is performing the procedure be able to tell is there is anything wrong with my liver?
