Can A Partial Hysterectomy Push The Bladder Out Of The Vagina?

I really don t have a question just doing some research on why is my vaginal wall is turning inside out like a sock and pushing my bladder out of the vagina. I am 62 years old and had a partial hysterectomy back in 1989 because the doctor said my uterus was twisted
