Can A Problem With The Spinal Cord Effect Sexual Health?

dear Doctor,

Is getting a problem on spinal cord( D12-L1 desk) affecting the roots of L3,4,5 and S1 affecting my sexual health? I am suffering from preamble ejaculation and erectile dysfunction just by looking to any sexual video and I am not married. I made prostatic discharge test , and Testosterone level , sperms, and diabetes but all tests doctor said the tests all very good ,and he give me cipralex (escitalopram) 1-month but I do not feel good and no progress .i hope you can help me .

sometimes it leads to erectile dysfunction but exactly after seeing reports one can tell you.
as you suggest your reports are normal it is good.
whether you have early morning erection present or not?
as you have any tension or depression ?
consult psychiatrist for detail history and treatment..
