Can A Prolonged Whilst Cause Any Unseen Problems?

I bumped my head five weeks ago and actually was knocked out. I do not know how long as the friend I was with fell asleep whilst watching me. Whilst it was painful for two weeks, at week five it has shrunk and I suffer no pain at all. However, I am concerned that it is still present after this period. Is it normal?!

very good question, firstly two weeks painfull, no h/o vomiting, convulsion,do not worry, plain x-ray is must to exclude any lesion or not,consult any neurosurgeon, but not worry .safer drug nucoxia 90 mg may take once a day.
