Can A Steroid Injection Cause Bladder Cramps With Hematuria?

I had steroid injection on my right foot for pantar fasciitis. My podiatrist said he gave me a large dose. The ff morning, i had bladder cramps then at night i had blood on my urine when i flushed the toilet. I thought i was having my monthly period but 1 day after that, i till don't have my period. My hematuria happened twice last night. Monday night following my steroid shot, i was urinating a lot than usual.

* The local injection of steroid over the foot has no systemic absorption to
cause hematuria .

* It is the given oral medications along with this which are responsible for
the bladder cramps and hematuria .
