Can A Stomach Bug Lead To Nausea?

Had a case of several loose stools 5 days ago and nothing since. Although I haven't vomited, the nausea is non stop, at times worse than others. I'm getting hot flashes and feel drained. Eating doesn't help me feel better, just worse. Is this a stomach bug?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it was not the infection but it could be due to dyspepsia only and sometime it may take little more time to come around but it is the self limiting condition and no need to worry about this, if the nausea is still there then Tab Domperidone 20 mg three times in day can be tried hope this information helps.
