Sir i am 17 years old and my body is very weak and thin can i take endura mass for weight gaining and does it has any side effects.

Yes, weight gainers are loaded with table sugars and corn syrup.

These are high glycemic carbohydrates and will cause free radical damage on muscle tissue, which over time wont allow you to build good muscle fibers, only fat gain.
