Hello dear,
I have gone through your query. Its been a while you had relapse of typhoid (december).
But what I am not getting is why you are taking antibiotic now a days?
You should meet you physician once and him the things about your current medicines.
And ofcourse If you are otherwise healthy, you can take almonds, eggs and non-veg.
Hope this will help you
Thank You Take care

Regards
