Can A Worm Look Like A Calculus In Ureter On IVU?

according to I V U report on 16/3/2011 a calculus is present in the upper ureter at the level of third lumbar vertebra causing back pressure effect.doctor prescribe me urimax in same .after getting this medicine at night suddenly my penis become icing & i feel huge urine pressure.I went to toilet for urine discharge a long thick alive worm came out with urine.I am confused whether this worm was looked like calculus in IVU report & it is passed out !!!!!!!!!
