Can Accel-citalopram Taken For My Anxiety Cause White Spot On Tongue And Chanker Sore In Mouth?
I have been taking accel-citalopram 20 mg for my anxiety I had noticed a white spot on the left lining of my tongue and unlike a chanker sore it did not heal it has been a week and underneath that there is a spot that looks like it has been peeled if it is not caused by med what does it sound like I am very scared pls help

You have not said that since how long you been taking this tab, although the chances of the side effect of the drug is minimal but long term treatment some time may be the cause the of this thing take care and have word with your doctor have nice day.
