Hello,

Abdomen discomfort, (Pain Bloating) may not be due to pregnancy but it seems to be due to acid reflux disease and it is associated with dyspepsia and infection also.

The condition can be managed with tablet Omeprazole with tablet Domperidome with tablet Metronidazole. Consult your physician for prescription.

Try to avoid spicy meal, heavy meal, oily food, avoid taking coffee, alcohol, prior to bed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
