Can Alcohol Be Taken During Course Of Cocav Vaccination?
Hi, i got bit by a stray dog almost a month ago, the next 2 hours i have been immunized by vaccine called COCAV, i am from Russia and it happened to me here, my question is, can i have alcohol during course(0,3,7,14,30,90 days), russian doctors says it is RESTRICTED to have any alcohol during course and after last shot for another 6 months(9 months summary) and cause to death because vaccine won t work, but as i searched through web, any doctor from other countries have no idea about that restriction, please help me

I know of no reason to restrict moderate alcohol intake while being vaccinated for rabies or after the course is finished. That said, if your doctor advaised against the alcohol, you should follow his instructions
