Can Alcohol Consumption Cause Stomach Pains And Vomiting?

This may be a little weird. But I m a college student and recently I ve had trouble consuming alcohol. I know this is probably silly to inquire about, but I just want to see if there is anything wrong with me. Possible allergies or something. Last year I had no problem drinking any type of beer, wine, or liquor. But this year I cannot drink liquor at all, and beer and wine is even an issue. While I m drinking it seems ok but the next day I throw up all day, even when I do not eat anything the whole day. I have stomach pains and headaches that last the whole day as well. I know what a normal hangover feels like and this is most definitely not a normal hangover. I m just curious as to what this could mean, or if you have any theories about what is wrong. Thank You.
