Can Algoneurodystrophy Cause Swollen Lymph Nodes In Axillary And Groin Area?

I suffer from Algoneurodystrophy (since 1999) which is often wrongly called CRPS. CRPS is is a symptom of Algo (amongst other things). My question is, Following a steroid injection in my left elbow I developed a Sinus Tract infection and was prescribed various types of antibiotics over a period of 16 weeks. (including Ciprofloxacin 700/500mg)The last 4 weeks of having the sinus tract I developed swollen Lymph-nodes with both Axillary and my groin area. My GP suggested that this was due to my infection. The Sinus tract cleared up 3 weeks ago but I still have swollen lymph nodes. Is it possible my underlying condition of Algo may be causing this? My recent blood tests (CRP, FBC etc) do not indicate any major systemic infections. Many Thanks in advance for your comments.
