Can An EMS Machine Be Used To Relieve Muscle Pain?

Dear Dr Hi. I was just wondering if I can use an ems machine to relieve muscle pain,just because I can t do sit ups_ while I am taking lyrica ( somewhere I read it s not a good idea),and also I have started going biking recently ,which makes me feel a bit tender afterwards, do these activities have adverse effects on, or worsen my conditions?
