Can An Anal Fissure Lead To An Internal Sphincter Tear?

hi, i had anal sex once, not well lubricated, got an anal fissure that stopped feeling pain and healed after 3 weeks. my question is: i dont have any gap in my anus, so was than fissure deep enough to tear my internal anal sphincter? is my internal sphincter completely ok? given the fact that i dont have a gap?

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Tear of internal sphhincter is a remote possibility as it lies quite deep inside the anal canal.
Fissures are generally superficial and can cause some degree of damage to external sphincter leading to anal incontinence.
Since you are not experiencing any such symptoms and also the fissure existed has healed, you need not worry much about it.
In case you have doubt, you can get yourself clinically examined by consulting Surgeon.
