Can An Antibiotic Reduce Effect Of Plan B?

I took a Plan B pill ( there was only one pill) on sunday afternoon. I have a uti and on antibodics would that mess up the effectiveness of the plan b? also I Think its just stress related or because of the antibodics I am on, but I am sick to my stomach. how many days before my period can I take a pregnancy test?

I understand your concern.
Antibiotics do not reduce effect of plan B pill.
The sickness to stomach can be due to antibiotics( gastritis) or plan B itself being a hormonal product+ stress related as you guess.
Actually you need not go for pregnancy test if you have taken plan B in time after sex.It avoids pregnancy by multiple ways.So you can wait for your periods- which may be disturbed due to plan B as well as stress due to infection.
Still in case you are very much scared, you can perform blood pregnancy test a couple of days before your menses date.
