Can An Awful Pain In The Shoulder Indicate Tore Rotator Cuff?

Rotator cuff surgery and my right shoulder when I was about 48 years old I'm 62 now . Could I have tore my rotator cuff again and now what do I do have surgery all over that was awful to go through. The pain is unbearable right now I took a Motrin.. Pain is just like when I first tore it I can't go through that again any suggestions on what to do?
I'm only 62 and I weigh about 248 I know my weight is one thing that does
have anything to do with it.

You have not mentioned if you have done a repeat MRI because just on the basis of pain you can not diagnose that you have again torn your rotator cuff. I would like to see a fresh MRI. May be you are just having a impingement like muscle compression under bone than physiotherapy and injection of steroid t shoulder can help you, so we have to wait till your reports comes. You can opt for conservative treatment even if rotator cuff is torn.
