Can An Indention In Leg Be Due To Blood Clot?

I have an indention on my right leg, just above the ankle (inside of leg). This just appeared a couple of hours ago. There is no pain or discoloration. I m very worried about this. Could this be a blood clot, or related to heart problem? If not, what could it be, and should I go to the ER?
