It is one of the most challenging cancers to treat as with a properly formulated treatment one can deliver great results to the patient as compared to other cancers.
Quite a few of them are young. So one has to take into consideration the psychological impact on the patient before commencing surgical treatment.
It is always better to discuss the issue with the next of kin. Try to understand the nature and mindset of the patient. Therafter tailor make meeting to break the news.
To explain to the patients who present late that nothing much can be done.
The relief seen on the patient's face after a successful surgery.

to be doctor and deal cancer patients is really very thrilling job ,real pleasure comes when we cure some breast cancers completely reporting early to us and when no reccurance seen in long years follow up.to inform patient for cancer is very difficulty and touchy movement i prepare patient takes her in my good confidance as family member and the reveals slowly in a way as it doenot depress or creat mental too much agony in my patient with assurances of treting it and fight it.
