Can An Underactive Thyroid Cause Tongue Pain And Swelling With Dysphagia?

yes i have an under active thyroid. i found out when i was 17, im now 23... have been having alot of problems, but the back of my tongue hurts when i swallow and the back of my tongue looks swollen or puffy i was wondering if this could be caused by my thyroid or some other problem..

You have hypothyroidism. Your tongue pain and dysphagia seams to be unrelated with thyroid. It can be due to some other issues. You need an examination. Consult your ENT doctor once and plan accordingly.
