Can Antihistamines Lower Testosterone Levels?

hi I suffer from allergic reactions like rhinitis and itchiness of the throat, this gets me to use antihistamines a lot such as cetirizine, prednisolone, fexofenadine, desloratadine, and others, can this cause a surge in cortisol levels hence lowering my Testosterone levels?
