Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi, just recently i have been becoming very shaky to where my hands go crazy and i feel as if i am going to fall, as well as the shakiness i got very hot and sweat as well its not dripping off my face sweat but still very hot and sweating this just recently started happening so i was wondering if it is serious to go to the doctor or not worry about it?
I can understand your concern. The symptoms like tremors in hands, feeling as if body will fall, sweating, hit sensations etc can occur in anxiety. Before labelling anxiety as cause of these symptoms other reasons should be ruled out.
Visit a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and to rule out medical causes. Once medical reasons ruled out then we can make anxiety as provisional diagnosis. In such symptoms medicines like beta blockers as Propranolol or Benzodiazepines as clonazepam can prove useful. These medicines would help you by reducing symptoms. For severe anxiety SSRIs prove useful. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription.
Thanks, hope this helps you
