Yes; it will increase adrenaline in your blood , resulting in increased cardiac heart rate and pulse rate too, including perspiration. Since adrenaline is a strong vasoconstrictor, it will increase in BP and can be a source of angina, myocardial infarction and even cardiac arrest.
