Can Any Online Doctor Help In Reading Gastric Biopsy Reports?

hello. I am looking now at the gastric biopsy taken from me last week: Fragments of antral mucosa showing mild chronic inflammation and regenerative changes. Helicobacter pylori is not idetified I am suffering from severe aches in my upper stomach...severe gas formation (both ends...) and wonder if you have some advice as what kind of treatment I can get ( tablets? diet? anything?) Thanks a lot
