Can Any Online Doctor Help In Understanding The Variation Of TSH Lavel?

I just randomly had some blood work and have never had any issues with my thyroid I am 30 and have CRPS in my arm after a fall. I was just wondering if it is something I should look further into if my TSH came back at a level of 7.10. It was 3.00 a year ago. My t3 is 77 and t4 0.9.
