You have absolutely benign findings. You have small calcification in the gall bladder wall in anterior aspect and it is an incidental finding.It doesn't cause any problem. Small amount of free fluid in the pelvis is generally due to ovulation,there is nothing to worry about. Few prominent follicles in the right ovary is also normal finding.
